  • Meet Riku

Riku Araake - Remedial Massage Therapist

'Hi, I am Riku and I am a Judo Therapist with a Diploma in Judo Therapy from Ryo Tokuji Medical College, Japan (2017) and have seven years of experience in a clinical setting. Judo Therapy, in modern terms can be seen as a mixture of Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and Remedial Massage and has been recognized by the World Health Organization as an official Japanese traditional medical treatment since 2001.

My professional journey also includes two years as a medical and conditioning trainer for a Japanese football team, where I honed my skills in exercise prescription for health and fitness.  Since being in NZ I have had experience working in a clinic that focuses on relaxation massage, a practice I find both rewarding and enjoyable.

Football has been a significant part of my life since childhood, and I continue to play regularly. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of the human body and therapeutic bodywork to help you achieve optimal health and fitness’.

  • Meet Andre

Andre Coetzee - BHSc Acupuncture | Member of Acupuncture NZ | Registered ACC Treatment Provider | BAT Pro Certified

With a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture and a black belt earned through years of dedicated training, Andre understands the body from both a clinical and performance perspective. His background in martial arts, Tie Da (Chinese bone-setting), and rehabilitation gives him the tools to treat pain at its source — restoring balance, strength, and mobility.
